Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Mayor of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, visited tech innovation companies in Minhang District on August 9th. Mr. Gong pointed out that it is necessary to conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th CPC (Communist Party of China) Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Shanghai.
